Deleting a user account permanently removes the account from Artist OS. This action should only be performed when an account is no longer required and all important data has been reviewed.

Before You Delete

  • Verify that the account is no longer needed.
  • Transfer ownership of important content if applicable.
  • Create a backup if required by your organisation.
  • Consider disabling the account instead of deleting it.

Deleting an Account

  1. Open User Management.
  2. Select the user account.
  3. Choose Delete User.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

Best Practices

  • Never delete active administrator accounts.
  • Keep an audit trail whenever possible.
  • Review company policies before permanently removing users.
Tip: If you may need the account again in the future, disable it instead of deleting it permanently.
