Request a password reset

  1. Open the Artist OS login page.
  2. Select Forgot password.
  3. Enter the email address connected to your account.
  4. Open the reset email and follow the instructions.

If the email does not arrive

Check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email address was entered correctly. Wait a few minutes before requesting another reset.

After changing the password

Return to the login page and sign in with the new password. Update any password saved by your browser.
