Core security principles

  • Least privilege: grant only the access required for a user’s work.
  • Strong authentication: use unique passwords and additional verification where available.
  • Tenant isolation: confirm the active partner environment before making changes.
  • Safe operations: keep software current, protect backups and review unusual activity.

Review users, roles, administrator access, backups and server updates at least once every month. Review access immediately when a team member or partner relationship changes.
