Safe login habits

  • Access Artist OS only from trusted devices and networks.
  • Check the domain before entering credentials.
  • Log out after using a shared or public computer.
  • Lock your screen whenever you leave your device.

Browser sessions

Do not leave administrator sessions open on computers used by other people. Avoid saving administrator passwords in a shared browser profile.

Unexpected login behaviour

If the platform repeatedly rejects a valid password, redirects unexpectedly or shows unfamiliar account changes, stop and verify the domain and installation before trying again.

After a suspected compromise

Change the affected password from a trusted device, review user access and follow the incident response procedure.
