Artist OS 1.0 – Genesis
A complete branded Artist OS environment
White Label means that an approved partner can offer the complete Artist OS platform through an environment adapted to the partner's own approved logo, colours and identity. The customer enters Artist OS through the partner's White Label environment rather than through a simple affiliate page.

How customers enter
The partner connects its White Label Access URL to its own website, portal or customer journey. The URL opens the branded Artist OS environment. Customer attribution is maintained internally so eligible revenue can be assigned to the correct partner.
Payment remains central
White Label branding does not change the payment architecture. Customer subscription payments are received by EGMW through the EGMW-controlled checkout so that subscription status, VAT, revenue share and settlements can be administered consistently.
If the partnership ends
Existing customer accounts may be transferred to direct EGMW management to preserve service continuity. Final partner entitlement is handled according to the signed partnership agreement and applicable adjustments.
