Service continuity comes first

Ending a partner relationship should not unnecessarily interrupt an active customer's Artist OS service.

Customer transfer

When a White Label partnership ends, existing customer accounts may be transferred from the partner relationship to direct EGMW management so that service can continue.

Revenue after termination

The partner's right to future revenue share ends according to the signed agreement. Any undisputed eligible amount earned up to the effective termination date remains subject to final settlement, refunds, chargebacks, taxes and other permitted adjustments.

Contract controls

If the signed partnership agreement contains specific termination provisions, those provisions take precedence over this operational help article.
