What the White Label Access URL does

The partner receives a dedicated White Label Access URL. This URL opens the partner's complete Artist OS environment using the approved partner branding. It is not merely an affiliate or referral link.

Partner website/portal → White Label Access URL → Partner-branded Artist OS → Plan selection → EGMW checkout → Artist OS customer account

Customer attribution

Behind the branded environment, Artist OS keeps the customer associated with the originating partner. This attribution allows the partner to see its own customers and plans and allows EGMW to assign eligible revenue to the correct partner.

Do not bypass the White Label route

Sending a new customer directly to a generic checkout may prevent the intended partner attribution. New partner customers should enter through the partner's White Label environment.
