No. It is the entry point to the partner's complete Artist OS environment, presented with the partner's approved branding. Customer attribution is handled behind that environment.

Can Artist OS display the partner's logo and colours?

Yes. The White Label environment is designed to present Artist OS using the partner's approved logo, colours and identity.

Who receives the customer payment?

EGMW receives subscription payments through the EGMW-controlled checkout/payment environment.

Does the customer remain linked to the partner?

Yes. Customers entering through the partner's White Label route remain attributed to that partner while the applicable partnership and attribution remain active.

Is the revenue share calculated on the VAT-inclusive price?

No. Applicable VAT is separated first. The agreed partner percentage is then applied to the remaining net amount.

When is the partner paid?

EGMW normally settles eligible partner revenue once per calendar month during the first half of the following month, subject to the signed agreement and necessary adjustments.

What happens after termination?

Existing customers may be transferred to direct EGMW management to maintain service continuity. Final settlement follows the signed agreement.

Can every partner have a different revenue share?

Yes. Revenue share is configured individually according to the commercial agreement with EGMW. Any percentage shown in examples is illustrative unless it is the percentage stated in the partner's own agreement.
