What the White Label partnership provides

An approved White Label partner receives access to a complete Artist OS environment presented with the partner's own approved logo, colours and identity. EGMW operates and maintains the underlying Artist OS technology while the partner presents the platform to its customers through its own branded environment.

The partner lifecycle

  1. EGMW creates and configures the partner environment.
  2. The partner receives access and configures or confirms its approved branding.
  3. EGMW provides the partner's White Label Access URL, which opens the branded Artist OS environment.
  4. The partner connects that URL to its website, portal or customer journey.
  5. Customers entering through that environment remain attributed to the originating partner.
  6. Customers can select an available Artist OS plan and complete payment through the EGMW-controlled checkout.
  7. EGMW receives the payment, separates applicable VAT and calculates the individually agreed revenue share.
  8. The partner can review its attributed customers, plans, revenue and settlement information.
Important distinction

The White Label Access URL is not merely a referral or affiliate link. It is the entry point to the partner's complete branded Artist OS environment. Customer attribution and checkout tracking operate behind that environment.
