Partner-attributed artists

Artists who enter through the partner-specific customer route are associated with that partner in Artist OS. The partner environment provides visibility into the customers and plans assigned to its account, subject to the partner's permissions.

What the partner can review

  • Attributed customers
  • Current Artist OS plan
  • Relevant subscription/revenue information made available in the partner dashboard

Do not manually reassign customers

If an attribution appears incorrect, contact EGMW. Financial attribution should not be changed informally because it can affect revenue calculations and settlement records.
