EGMW creates the partner profile and configures the approved access rights, White Label status and commercial model.

2. Configure and verify your branding

The White Label environment can present Artist OS with the partner's approved logo, colours and identity. Verify the branding before making the environment available to customers.

3. Receive your White Label Access URL

After setup, the partner receives a dedicated White Label Access URL. This URL opens the partner-branded Artist OS environment. It can be connected to the partner's website, client portal, buttons, campaigns or other approved customer-facing channels.

This is more than a referral link

The URL leads into the complete Artist OS environment in the partner's branding. The system preserves partner and customer attribution behind the scenes.

4. Verify the customer journey

Test the full route: partner website or portal → White Label Access URL → branded Artist OS environment → plan selection → EGMW-controlled checkout → customer account.

5. Run an end-to-end test

Before public launch, verify branding, customer attribution, plan selection, checkout and the resulting customer/revenue record in the partner environment.
