Why is my music live but I cannot log in?

Distribution sends the release to the DSP; it does not automatically create your personal artist-portal login. Claim the existing artist profile through the platform’s verification process.

Why is my release on the wrong artist page?

Artists can share identical or similar names. Send EGMW Support the incorrect page, the correct page and the release link so a mapping correction can be requested.

Can I correct a title in Spotify for Artists or another portal?

No. Release metadata such as titles, artwork, contributors and versions must be corrected through EGMW Distribution.

Why do artist-portal numbers differ from royalty statements?

Dashboards and royalty reports serve different purposes and can use different processing schedules, filters and definitions.

How long does a correction take?

Processing time depends on the DSP and the type of correction. EGMW can submit or coordinate the request but cannot guarantee a platform’s completion date.

Should I upload the release again?

No. Re-uploading can create duplicates and new identifiers. Contact support first.
