For a subdomain such as portal.yourdomain.com, create this CNAME record:

Type: CNAME Name: portal Target: go.egmw.one

Setup sequence

  1. Confirm that Artist OS works on the temporary URL.
  2. Add the chosen custom address in Artist OS.
  3. Open the DNS management page of the domain.
  4. Create the CNAME record.
  5. Save the change and allow time for propagation.
  6. Verify that the domain opens Artist OS.
  7. Confirm that HTTPS works without a warning.
Check for an existing record

A hostname cannot normally use a CNAME while another conflicting record for that same hostname remains active.

Do not publish an unsecured address

Continue using the temporary URL until the custom domain works correctly over HTTPS.
