Artist OS supports artists, managers, labels and partners who work with more than one artist. Each artist should have a separate profile, while all authorised profiles can be managed from one central account.

Working with Multiple Artists

Separate profiles prevent biographies, images, links and release information from being mixed between artists. This is especially important for labels, management teams and multi-artist organisations.

Add Another Artist

  1. Open Artist Profiles.
  2. Select Add Artist or Create Artist.
  3. Enter the new artist’s official information.
  4. Add the biography, images and links.
  5. Save the profile and verify the details.

Switch Between Artist Profiles

Use the artist selector or Artist Profiles list to open the artist you want to manage. Before editing information or creating content, confirm that the correct artist is active.

Manage and Update Profiles

  • Keep every biography and image current.
  • Check social and streaming links regularly.
  • Review profile information before every release.
  • Keep inactive artists clearly identified rather than mixing their data with active profiles.

Rights and Responsibilities

The account owner or authorised manager is responsible for the accuracy of every artist profile. Only add artists you are authorised to represent or administer.
