About Artist OS notifications

Notifications help you notice relevant activity in your workspace. The exact options shown can depend on your account and the Artist OS modules available to you.

Review notification settings

  1. Open Account Settings.
  2. Select Notifications when this option is available.
  3. Review the notification choices shown.
  4. Enable or disable only the options you want to change.
  5. Save the settings.

Not receiving an expected message?

  • Check the email address associated with your account.
  • Check the spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure the relevant notification option is enabled.
  • Allow a few minutes for delivery.
Availability

If no notification settings are shown, that option is not currently enabled for your account. This does not indicate an error.
