Change your password

  1. Select My Account in the Artist Workspace navigation.
  2. Open the Password security section.
  3. Enter your current password when requested.
  4. Enter the new password and repeat it exactly.
  5. Save the change.

Choose a strong password

  • Use a password that you do not use for another service.
  • Combine several unrelated words or use a password manager.
  • Avoid artist names, release titles, birthdays and easy number patterns.
  • Never send your password by email or support message.

After changing the password

Use the new password the next time you sign in. A browser or password manager may still contain the old password, so update the saved login when necessary.

Cannot remember the current password?

Sign out and use the password recovery option when available. Do not repeatedly guess the password.
