Change your login email
Your Artist OS email address is also your login identity. You can change it yourself from My Account without creating a new account.
- Sign in to Artist OS.
- Open My Account from the Artist Workspace navigation.
- Under Login email, enter the new email address.
- Enter your current password to confirm the change.
- Select Change Email Address.
Changing the login email does not change your plan, releases, SmartLinks, linked records or account history. Only the email address used to sign in changes.
After changing the email address
Your current session remains active. The next time you sign in, use the new email address together with your existing password.
Why is my current password required?
Changing a login email is a security-sensitive action. Artist OS therefore asks you to confirm the current password before saving the new email address.
Why can an email address be refused?
Artist OS does not allow two portal accounts to use the same login email. If the new address is already connected to another Artist OS account, choose another address or contact support.
Do not create a second Artist OS account just because your email address changes. Use My Account so your existing workspace remains intact.
