Keep your login personal

Use your own Artist OS account and do not share the password with collaborators. Personal accounts make it easier to protect access and understand who made a change.

Use a unique password

Your Artist OS password should not be reused for email, social media, streaming services or another website.

Check the login page

Before entering your password, make sure you are using the official Artist OS login page supplied by EGMW or your Artist OS partner.

Protect shared computers

  • Do not save the password in a public browser.
  • Sign out when you finish.
  • Close the browser after signing out.

Act when something looks wrong

Change your password and contact support when you notice unexpected account changes or believe another person may have accessed your account.

Support will never need your password

EGMW support may ask for your account email address or a screenshot, but never for the password itself.
